Our UK & IRELAND Delivery "Zones"

Zone 1 Area - Mainland UK
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day - depending on Stock Levels. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
If you require Express Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery please select this option at the checkout where you will be given various delivery options to chose from.
We use Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery for small Packets & Parcels delivery times can vary from 2 to 5 days or more.
Royal Mail do not consider a package to be "Lost" within the first 15 working days from despatch - therefore we can not replace any items that that are lost in the post until 15 working days have elapsed from the day of despatch from our premises.
For larger and heavier parcels we use a courier company to deliver throughout the UK although Royal Mail may be used if it is more economical to do so in some situations.
Courier companies normally deliver the next working day between 9am and 5.30pm Mon-Fri in the ZONE 1 area. Other Zones could be 2 to 5 working days before delivery from the date of placing your order.
Orders are normally despatched the same working day depending on current stock levels and providing the order is placed before 2pm - orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be despatched on Mondays - providing it is not a Bank Holiday.
Orders from Zones 2,3,4,5,6
Unfortunately some areas in the UK are subject to additional carriage charges because of their location in relation to Mainland UK and additional handling and shipping costs are involved - if you live in these areas you will be familiar with the fact that carriage costs to your location are sometimes more expensive from Mainland UK.
Please make allowances for any orders to take 2 to 5 days to be delivered in these areas unless you have made any special arrangements with us for an express delivery.
For small lightweight orders placed in the UK we normally use Royal Mail Second Class recorded delivery.
For heavier bulky orders placed in the UK we use a parcel delivery service.
All orders should be placed no later than 2PM MON-FRI to ensure same day despatch from our warehouse. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday. Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

We aim to process all orders we recieve within 1 to 2 working days, depending on what time we receive your order. However, from time to time, we do have an increased demand for certain products or the manufacturers may have supply problems. In such cases delivery of your equipment may be subject to a minor delay. If your consignment is urgent please call 01945 738 112 to check availability and confirm the delivery date. Delivery will be made to the place designated by you on your accepted order and will be made during normal business hours of 0900 to 1730 hours GMT. Any delivery dates or times given by ourselves or our carriers are best estimates only and we will not be liable to you for any claim for loss or damage sustained by you as a result of a failure to comply with our estimated time scales. Under no circumstances will late delivery entitle the Purchaser or Hirer to treat the contract as repudiated.
The delivery times of the carriers we use (FedEx) are 9am- 5.30pm Mondays to Fridays.
For smaller packages we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Services. Royal Mail are implementing a policy of leaving packages (recorded and non-recorded) with a neighbour and leaving a card to notify you of the alternative address. For most people this should be act as a convenience, however if you would like to "opt out" of alternative delivery addresses to stop packages falling into the hands of non-cooperative neighbours you can display a sticker on / near your postbox. PLEASE NOTE: Testermans will not be liable to replace goods if they are delivered to neighbours addresses.
We deliver to all UK and Southern Ireland (Eire) addresses, a signature is required so please ensure someone is available on receipt of goods to sign for them. All goods will be delivered to the address and location on the order.
Unfortunately do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.
Please check your invoice or delivery note to see if the missing items are showing as "Goods outstanding". If shown as "Dispatched" then please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify the problem swiftly.
Damaged / Faulty Items
In very rare circumstances you may receive an item that is damaged in transit or is faulty, if this happens please contact us immediately so we can arrange a collection and replacement.
Any item that is unavailable for a rapid delivery will be placed on back order automatically. Should you wish to have a estimated due date then please contact us by e-mail or phone . If you wish to cancel the backorder completely or swap for an alternative product then please call to arrange.
